The Compagnie des Bateaux de Metz offers you new menus for the year 2024 that will accompany our meal service along the water throughout the year.
When you make a reservation for a meal on the water, enjoy a complete meal that includes a main dish, a cheese plate, a dessert, as well as two drinks (wine or soft drink) and a coffee.
From March to April, savor a forest chicken pie (homemade butter pastry, Moselle chicken with mushrooms and coleslaw salad) with vanilla and raspberry mousse for dessert.
In May, enjoy our delicious chicken risotto with seasonal vegetables, along with vanilla and raspberry mousse for dessert.
In June, we have the return of our forest chicken pie (homemade butter pastry, Moselle chicken with mushrooms and coleslaw salad) with vanilla and raspberry mousse for dessert.
In July, discover our caramelized pork with Grand Est style grandmother's mashed potatoes, and for dessert, our three chocolate mousse.
In August, enjoy our confit Lorraine beef chuck served with Grand Est style grandmother's mashed potatoes, and finish the meal with a lemon meringue tartlet.
In September, enjoy our delicious chicken risotto with seasonal vegetables, along with vanilla and raspberry mousse for dessert.
In October, savor a forest chicken pie (homemade butter pastry, Moselle chicken with mushrooms and coleslaw salad) with vanilla and raspberry mousse for dessert.
The presence of children under 3 years old, as well as any allergies or specific dietary requirements, must be communicated at the time of your reservation to the Compagnie des Bateaux de Metz.
Throughout the meal, enjoy the scenic cruise on our boat. Departing from Rue des Roches, 57000 Metz, between "Quai Des Régates" and "Moyen Pont", we offer you a journey upstream on the Moselle. Along the route, discover the wild part of the river known as the "Little Guyana," which will take us to the water body of the city of Metz.
After exploring the Temple Neuf, we will complete the cruise from the island of Saint-Symphorien, discovering a second wild part of the river.
Finally, we will navigate through the canalized Moselle to return to our home port.
We look forward to seeing you soon on board ⚓
