Practical Information

1. Dates of Our Services

  • Our public services "balade au fil de l’eau", "apéro boat", and "repas au fil de l’eau" take place from April to mid-October each year. We publish the dates for these services during the month of March for the entire season.
  • Private services are available year-round. Please visit the privatization page to request a custom quote.

2. Boarding Point - La Compagnie des Bateaux de Metz

Our boarding point is located at Quai Paul Vautrin, Metz, below the Moyen Pont. It is the starting point for all our cruises.

3. Closest Parking Lots

For your convenience, several parking lots are located near our boarding point. The following are recommended:

  • Parking de la République (easiest access, 2,100 spaces available)
  • Parking de la Cathédrale
  • Parking du Théâtre

All these parking lots are just a few minutes' walk from the boarding point.

For visitors arriving by coach (tourist buses), designated parking spaces are available near the Temple Neuf. Discover the location:

4. Meeting Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the service as we cannot wait once the cruise has started.

5. Boarding the Boat Le Graoully

Whether for a cruise, an aperitif, or a meal, you will board our tourist boat Le Graoully. Don't forget your reservation or travel voucher received by email when booking. It will be checked by the crew. You can print it or show it on your phone. Check your spam folder if you didn't receive it!

6. Cruise Comments in Foreign Languages

Our guided cruise is available in French, with audio in English or German.

7. Are Toilets Available During the Cruise?

Yes, toilets are available onboard Le Graoully throughout the cruise.

8. Drinks Available Onboard

During the entire cruise, drinks are available. Please ask our crew member onboard to be served.

9. Can We See the Menus for the Meals in Advance?

Our menus change every year. For the 2025 season, they change each month. Discover the 2025 menus.
